Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Coaching/Mentoring Service 1. Session Cancellation: Clients must cancel individual sessions at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid being charged for the session in full. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the full session fee being charged. 2. Package Cancellation - After First Session: Clients may cancel the entire package within three calendar days following the completion of the first session. Upon cancellation, the client will receive a refund equivalent to the cost of the four remaining sessions, based on the full package price. 3. Package Cancellation - After Second Session: If the client chooses to cancel the package after the second session but no later than 24 hours after the session's completion, a refund of 20% of the total package value will be provided. No refunds will be given beyond this time frame. 4. Package Cancellation - After Third Session: Cancellations are not accepted after the completion of the third session. No refunds will be provided for any remaining sessions in the package.
