With over 24 years of experience across the private, academic, and government sectors,

I’ve developed a deep understanding of the intrinsic value of each individual. I believe that personal growth and empowerment are the keys to unlocking one’s full potential in any life situation, and my mission is to help others thrive, both personally and professionally.

I am  the Founder and Host of Leadership for Mental Health 2024, LeadershipCraft 2024 Forum, and other transformative initiatives such as Focus Club, For Women Only - Better Me for Me, Signature Self-Leadership Program. My work is rooted in the belief that leadership development and well-being are intertwined, and I’m passionate about fostering these qualities within teams, executives, and organizations.

 

My Journey

Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to continuous professional growth and in 2024 had a privilege to be a co-author of Courage, No. 1 Amazon Best-Seller. In my chapter, I’ve shared my insights into self-leadership and empowerment on a global scale. My formal education includes certifications from Yale University’s and Harvard University’s, as well as an MBA in Leadership & Management, helped me embrace the knowledge into a practice to promote leadership principles.​ Additionally, I hold CIPD Associate status, which has deepened my expertise in organizational psychology and workplace culture. These experiences allow me to bring a holistic approach to leadership and personal development, ensuring well-being and inclusivity are at the heart of every workplace.

 

My Vision

Became Reality! I have created a framework that enables me to support organisations to measure in a simple manner the leadership efficiency.  As VLM stands for Vision, Leadership and Management those are the key areas I use for the assessment towards healthy workplace culture.

My personal experience empowered me to understand the way how I was making decisions in the past and led me to develop a term toxic-needs (You can read more about it in a book "Courage" - published on 10th October 2024 to promote World's Mental Health Day). This experience became my drive to develop a Self-Leadership Framework that transformed eventually into a 8-week Program. No, it is not program about broken hearts and lost minds, however the LeadershipCraft starts with most important person first - YOU.
